Hello everyone and welcome to the tenth installment in my Artist of the Week series, this week we have an artist I’ve been a fan of for years, Tre’Gadd is a CHH artist hailing out of Virginia.
Tre has been making music for a minute, having made his debut in 2018 with the single “Chapter One”, having several music videos featured on prominent CHH site Rapzilla, in 2022 he was named one of Rapzilla’s Freshmen.
He released a song in 2022 with fellow Rapzilla Freshman and producer okaywarren and fellow artist and fellow Rapzilla Freshman NXTMIKE called “NAH”, which was featured on the Rapzilla 2022 Freshmen album.
As of this year Tre has released two albums, 2018’s Raw, 2023’s Hear My Psalm and 32 singles, showing no signs of slowing down he has a song dropping this Friday called “BRUCE”, make sure you be on the lookout for it.
Having collaborated with several CHH artists including Swaizy, K9, and De La Cruz with whom he’s released two singles and has an upcoming collab album that hasn’t been given a release date yet.
Tre also has collaborated with his long-time producer, friend and fellow artist CuBox on several songs, with CuBox producing for him starting in 2019 and still going strong having also produced his upcoming drop.
Tre is a force to be reckoned with, not only is he a rapper but he also has his own clothing brand entitled O D D 1 O U T, Tre brings a unique sound to the scene with his catchy beats, fast flows, and Christ centered lyrics.
Tre is an artist I’ve been a fan of ever since I heard “Blood Blood” in 2019, Tre has proven that he’s here to stay having solidified his own spot in CHH, constantly improving with every release as well as gaining over 1.7 million streams on Spotify alone, Tre is an artist that deserves your attention.
