Peair is a 22 year old upcoming Christian hip hop artist hailing from Fairhope, Alabama.
Having gotten his start in 2021 at the age of 18, it was obvious from the beginning that Peair had talent, ambition and a set goal, with that goal being to tell people about God through his music.
Having recently connected with Peair over the past weekend at Holy Smoke! 25, we got to talking and it was very evident how serious and intentional he is about his music.
Peair has become good friends with fellow artist and 2025 Rapzilla Freshman Yung Drew, together they’ve featured on each other’s music and even have a collab EP slated for release sometime later this year.
Peair has accomplished quite a bit in such short span of time, having just hit 10k monthly listeners on Spotify and a combined total of over 160k streams on Spotify alone, Peair is proving he has what it takes to not only stay in the space but also carve out his own lane and make a name for himself.
I took some time to ask Peair about upcoming projects he has in store and also what his goal with his music is.
Upcoming Projects:
“Regarding upcoming projects, I plan to continue releasing two singles each month while also finishing co-writing for Coastside’s debut solo album, The Waiting Room. For my solo work, I am creating a short story EP series titled A Sinner’s Soul Story, which will be released in multiple parts as a way to open up my heart and share more of my journey as a Christian. In addition, I am wrapping up a collaborative project with Yung Drew and beginning work on This Is How We Worship II with Coastside and Sam Ramos, alongside other future projects.”
My Overall Goal:
“I am currently a senior at Samford University, majoring in Commercial Music. One of my primary goals is to pursue songwriting and work with a publishing company. I plan to relocate to Georgia to be closer to the music scene and eventually transition to Nashville. My ultimate dream is to become a full-time artist, traveling on tour with my friends and sharing our music around the world.
At the heart of my journey is a commitment to continually creating and sharing my story. I believe we are testaments to God’s good work, and I want my art to reflect His creation. Next summer, I plan to hit the road for a tour across at least five different states as a step toward building a strong and loyal audience.”
Not only is Peair a talented artist, but his heart for God pours through his music, his life and his goals, that kind of dedication will take him very far in life, God’s gonna continue blessing this young man and his music.
