Lucas “Lil Luke” Sanchez fell in love with music after seeing different Christian artists performing throughout Florida and Texas. At age 5, he started memorizing his favorite Christian rap songs and freestyling different harmonies over instrumentals. It was then that his father recognized there was something there! Lil Luke first stepped foot in a recording studio at 5 years old and stood on a stool, put on headphones, and boldly started rapping his harmonies over a rap beat. At the age of 6, he recorded his song, “GOD DID” at Elevation Studios in Charlotte, NC, and also shot his music video. His debut project, “GOD DID” is a collection of Lil Luke’s team coming together to develop his God-given talent. Lil Luke’s mission is to encourage kids his age to be bold for Jesus and not let age be what holds you back. The verse he shares at every event is found in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.”
