Reach Records artist and Miner League front man, Andy Mineo, is no stranger to wandering off the path of the expected to explore the experimental. With his latest single, “Jackson Pollock,” Mineo pushes the envelope of his music even further.
Mineo posted on his social media that he went down a rabbit hole of looking at different artists and stumbled upon Jackson Pollock. Pollock is known for his drip style form of painting, inspired Andy to do the same with his music. On this self produced single, Andy intentionally tries different pockets with his rapping, used weird sounding guitar loops, and in his own words, “Slapping paint around.” Check out the single and music video below for some #happythoughts.
